Refund Policy
We want you to try before you buy. If Neat Quit Pro is not right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.
1. Refund window
You can request a full refund within 14 days of a successful purchase. You do not need to give a reason.
New users get a 7-day full-feature trial on first launch, so you can try Neat Quit Pro before buying.
2. How to request
Email yinzhenyu.su@gmail.com with either:
- your order ID (
ORD-…) from the confirmation page or email; or - the email address used for the purchase.
We confirm requests within 2 business days, and Creem processes the refund.
3. Processing
Payment and refunds are handled by Creem as the merchant of record. Funds usually return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Once the refund completes, the licence is disabled and activated Macs lose Pro features. The free version is unaffected.
